<p>Highways. Improvement and maintenance. Contracts. Laws 1900. ch. 119, p. 153. Bond of contractor.</p> <p>Under Laws 1900, ch. 119, p. 153, providing for improving and maintaining the highways by contracts to be let by the board of supervisors, the contractors to execute bonds in a penalty equal to* the amount of their respective bids, a contract otherwise proper is not fatally defective because it embraced all of the highways in. two supervisors’ districts of the county, nor because the penalty of the contractor’s bond was by inadvertance a trifle less than his bid.</p>
