Syllabus
<p>1. Interpleader. Chancery practice. Injunction.</p> <p>Though relief hy injunction be asked therein, a hill hy debtors to ascertain to whom their debt should he paid is a hill of inter-pleader, and the rights of parties should he treated accordingly.</p> <p>2. Same. Payment into court.</p> <p>A complainant in a hill of interpleader is not entitled to relief hy injunction when he has paid nothing into court.</p>
