<p>I’oebign Corpobations. Right to do business. Enforcement of debts.</p> <p>Under Code 1906, section 935, requiring every foreign corporation doing business in this state to file in the office of the secretary of state, a copy of its charter of incorporation, such a corporation, not having complied with this statute, cannot enforce in the courts of this state the collection of a note given to it by a citizen of this state for a debt incurred by him while conducting, for the corporation, a branch house in this state.</p>
