<p>Where an insolvent debtor on one and the same day confesses judgment to some of his creditors, endorsing on these judgments his consent that executions be issued forthwith, and executions are accordingly issued and levied on his entire estate, these acts constitute parts of one transaction intended to operate as a transfer of all the debtor’s property to some of his creditors in ^reference to others, and therefore in effect an assignment contrary to the provisions of the law.
