Syllabus

<p>1. Construction of Statutes—Oyster Planting.—No irrevocable privilege is acquirable under act March 4th, 1884, ? 6, as the right of revocation is expressly therein reserved to the legislature.</p> <p>2. Idem—Constitutionality—Estoppel.—Whether said act be constitutional or not, a party, who has taken the benefit thereof and claimed under it in his bill, is estopped from contesting its validity.</p>
