Syllabus

<p>Negligence — Automobiles—Collision—Case for jury — Damages.</p> <p>1. In an action to recover damages for injuries to an automobile caused by a collision with another automobile where each owner contends that the other was on the wrong side of the road and improperly handled his machine the case is for the jury.</p> <p>2. In such a case the measure of damages is the difference between the fair market value of the automobile before the accident and its fair market value afterwards.</p>
