<p>SYLLABUS BY’THE COURT.</p> <p>A valid written contract merges all prior and contemporaneous oral negotiations concerning the subject-matter embraced within the terms of the writing, and parol evidence cannot be received to contradict, vary, add to, or subtract from the terms thereof.</p>
