Syllabus
The parties' divorce decree included a requirement that a military retired pay division order be filed to divide appellant's military pension. Appellant did not file an appeal from the divorce decree, and the order was filed. Appellant then filed a motion to set aside the military retired pay division order. Because appellant's concerns with the pension order were manifest when the divorce decree was filed, his objections were barred by res judicata. Judgment affirmed.
