<p>Decedents’ estates — Orphans’ court — Evidence—Findings of fact— Review — Contract.</p> <p>A finding of fact by an auditing judge of the orphans’ court that a decedent in his lifetime did not make a contract with an artist for the painting of a portrait of a friend, if based upon sufficient evidence and confirmed by the court in banc, will not be set aside by the appellate court in the absence of manifest error.</p>
