<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>1. Title and Ownership — Prescription. The cases of Anderson v. Burnham, 52 Kan. 454, 34 Pae. 1056, and Quinn v. Spillman, 52 Kan. 496, 35 Pac. 13, followed.</p> <p>2. - The Extent of Actual Occupancy of the Premises. The actual occupancy of a small portion of an entire tract of land, which entire tract has been marked by locating the corners and plowing around the outer lines, must be deemed to be an occupation of the whole premises so marked, for the purpose of starting and continuing the running of the statute of limitations. Such actual occupancy is not limited in its operation for that purpose to the portion thus occupied.</p>
