<p>Bankruptcy (§ 404*) — Discharge—Second Proceeding.</p> <p>Where a bankrupt failed to obtain a discharge, although his petition was dismissed for want of prosecution, and not on the merits, he is not entitled to a discharge in a second bankruptcy proceeding from the debts provable in the first.</p> <p>[Ed.
