<p>The Supreme Court has no jurisdiction in a case brought on a money demand for less than two hundred dollars, which does not involve the legality of a tax, toll, impost or municipal fine, although the enforcement of a mechanic’s lien or the foreclosure of a mortgage by which the demand is secured is sought in the same case.</p>
