Syllabus

The trial court did not abuse its discretion in overruling the appellant's motion to intervene in this foreclosure action. The appellant, the purchaser of the subject property at a sheriff's sale, sought to intervene solely to argue that the property it had purchased lacked any means of ingress or egress and that the sale should be vacated. The trial court correctly found that the purchased property remained accessible by means of an existing easement over a driveway on an adjacent lot. Judgment affirmed.
