Syllabus

<p>Death by wrongful act of corporation — Administrator of deceased may bring action for next of kin — Though latter alien nonresident in state — Sections 6134 and 6135, Revised Statutes.</p> <p>5Vhere the next of kin of a person whose death is alleged to have been caused by the wrongful act, neglect or default of any corporation or person, are aliens non-resident in this state, the administrator or executor of such deceased person may maintain an action under sections 6134 and 6135, Revised Statutes, for the benefit of such alien non-resident next of kin, in the same manner as may be done in behalf of citizens of Ohio or aliens resident therein.</p>
