<p>Liquor law — Wholesale license — Corporation—Interest in breweries.</p> <p>Under the Act of- June 9, 1891, P. L. 267, a corporation authorized by law to engage in the brewing business is entitled to a license to sell its product as a wholesale dealer at a location not the place of manufacture; it is not debarred by reason of interest by a qualification in its petition setting forth an interest in certain breweries.</p>
