<p>Fire Insurance. Knowledge. Estoppel. Waiver.</p> <p>A fire insurance .company which delivers a policy with knowledge of facts upon which, but for such knowledge its validity might be questioned, cannot avail of such facts after a loss in avoidance of liability on the policy.</p>
