<p>Contract — Sale—Coal—Shortage of cars.</p> <p>■Where a contract for the sale of coal from a designated mine provides that “if there should be a shortage of cars shipment will be divided from time to time in fair proportion on all orders,” the “shortage of cars” means a shortage of car supply at the mine from which the coal is produced.</p>
