<p>Husband and wife — Desertion—Sequestration of life estate.</p> <p>Net annual income, bequeathed to a man for life, which, by the terms of the will is not assignable nor subject to any debt or obligation of the legatee, is subject to a warrant of seizure agreeably to the acts of assembly when the legatee has deserted his wife and children without reasonable cause, and the court will rightly apportion the fund for the support of the wife and children in the absence of any express intent by the will to exclude them from testator’s bounty.</p>
