Syllabus

The trial court did not abuse its discretion when it entered a default judgment of foreclosure in favor of appellee. The record demonstrates that appellant failed to file an answer or to otherwise challenge appellee's complaint in the trial court. To the extent appellant seeks to the challenge the complaint on appeal, he cannot raise arguments that he did not raise in the trial court. Judgment affirmed.
