Syllabus
<p>TRIAL — REOPENING CASE — WRITTEN CONTRACT —MISTAKE—PAROL EVIDENCE — SEQUESTRATION — COSTS.</p> <p>1. In the interest of justice the court may reopen the case for further evidence.</p> <p>2. Error bearing upon the thing sold may be shown by parol.</p> <p>3. Where a sequestration has been sued out as the result of an error for which the defendant is as much responsible as the plaintiff, the costs thereof must be borne in equal portions by the parties.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
