Whether one driving an automobile towards a country railway crossing at from eight to ten miles an hour could have seen or heard a rapidly approaching passenger train coming through a cut close to the crossing, presents a question for the jury, where there was testimony that no whistle was sounded or bell rung nor any noise of the train noticeable, and that plaintiff kept a sharp lookout from the time he was within fifty feet of the crossing, but did not see the train until within about ten feet of the track, when it was too late to stop his car short of the nearest rail of the track.</p>
