The municipal court did not err by dismissing the entirety of appellant's complaint where, despite appellant's attempts at artful drafting, the complaint was barred by the one-year statute of limitations applicable to legal malpractice claims set forth in R.C. 2305.11(A), given that both causes of action raised within appellant's complaint sought to recover against appellee, his former attorney, for damages arising from appellee's prior representation of appellant in an unrelated civil matter.
