<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>A warranty stipulated, in a contract of life insurance, must be strictly complied with, or literally fulfilled, before tbe insured is entitled to recover on tbe policy. A warranty need not be material to the risk, because it is of itself an implied agreement that tbe representations warranted, are material.</p>
