Judgment reversed. The trial court erred in granting defendants' motions for summary judgment on the basis of primary assumption of risk, as the record presented an issue of fact regarding attendant circumstances which elevated the risks at issue beyond the ordinary risks of an explosive breaching training. Additionally, as the trial court failed to rule on certain issues presented in the summary judgment proceedings, this court would not rule on those issues for the first time.
