<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Action for Wages — Evidence Supports Findings — No Estoppel. The record has been examined, and it is held that the evidence supports the findings of the court, and shows no estoppel by reason of receipted payments for any of the wages earned by the plaintiff as railroad watchman.</p>
