<p>Road law — Viewers—Review of evidence — Influencing viewers.</p> <p>On an appeal in a road case the evidence not being part of the record cannot be considered by the appellate court. - -</p> <p>The action of the lower court in setting aside a report of viewers because the viewers had been informed of the amount of a previous award which had been set aside, will not be reviewed by the appellate court.</p> <p>Appeals — Interlocutory order — Road law.</p> <p>An order setting aside a report of viewers because of information improperly given them, is not a final order from which an appeal lies.</p>
