<p>Sequestration — Judgment — Release Bond —Liability oe Surety.</p> <p>A judgment in favor of plaintiff, condemning the defendant in a sum of money, and in terms maintaining a writ of sequestration under which movable property had been seized, is in effect a judgment decreeing that .the property shall be restored to the plaintiff and held to respond to the moneyed demands of his judgment, and the surety on the release bond cannot escape liability on the plea that such judgment fails to recognize the plaintiff as the owner of the property or as entitled to a privilege thereon.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
