Syllabus
<p>Taxes—eopy of notice is essential to judgment. An omission of the record to show that a copy of the notice of an application for judgment against lands and lots, for taxes due thereon, is filed as a part of the records of the court, is fatal to the application. The filing of such copy is an essential part of the necessary foundation for the judgment sought.</p>
