<p>Justice of Peace—Judicial Officer.—Justices of the Peace are judicial officers within the meaning of section 10, article xxii, of the Constitution.</p> <p>Id.—Id.—Id.—Election. — Justices of the Peace are officers whose election the Constitution requires to be held in 1879, and afterwards in even-num bered years.</p> <p>Id.—Election—Constitutional Law.—The act of 1880, amending sections 84, 103, and 110 of the Code of Civil Procedure, is constitutional.</p>
