Syllabus

<p>An Act of the Legislature authorizing and directing the Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco to audit and allow the claim, of a judgment creditor is not unconstitutional, as being judicial in its character.</p> <p>The Legislature may as well control and direct in this matter as in any other matter of municipal regulation.</p>
