<p>County Courts, under the statute, have jurisdiction in proceedings by mandamus, and the statute is constitutional.</p> <p>Aside from previous decisions of this Court, the true construction of our Constitution (art. 6, sec. 9) is that the Legislature has power to confer on County Courts jurisdiction in such specially enumerated and defined cases, as, in its discretion, should be confided to those tribunals.</p> <p>Cases from New York, quoted and approved.</p> <p>In this State, a more restricted view has been taken.</p>
