Syllabus

<p>Jurisdiction in chancery—where there is a remedy at law. A court of chancery has no power to prevent the holding of an election of officers, upon the alleged ground of a want of authority to hold such an election, the remedy therefor being complete at law, by the writ of quo warranto.</p>
