Syllabus
<p>Injunction—Removal of County Seat—Declaring Result of Election — Want of Jurisdiction.—An injunction will not lie to restrain the board of supervisors of a county from giving notice, as required by section 3981 of the Political Code, of the result of an election held by their order upon the question of the removal of the county seat, on the ground that the election was illegally ordered by the board by reason of their want of jurisdiction.</p>
