<p>Equity — Bill and cross bill — Gosts.</p> <p>Where a bill and cross bill have both been dismissed, saving however certain rights to plaintiff, the court may in its discretion divide the costs equally between the parties.</p> <p>Railroads — Location—Branches—Grossings—Findings of master.</p> <p>A court of equity will not restrain a railroad company from constructing a branch upon its own property in order to connect its main line witli a wharf and canal, although such branch will cross at grade the location of another railroad, where the master finds that the branch is authorized and practicable and no insuperable obstruction to the other road, and the evidence fails to show that the master’s conclusions are wrong.</p>
