<p>Beneficial associations — Death benefits — Beneficiary—Antenuptial agreement — Husband and wife.</p> <p>Where a member of a railroad beneficial association after the death of his first wife substitutes his sister as beneficiary in the manner provided by the rules of the association, and subsequently marries after having made an antenuptial agreement by which, in consideration of the marriage, he agrees to make his second wife the beneficiary instead of his sister, and be dies before making the substitution, the wife and not the sister is entitled to the fund which the association, waiving its rights, has paid into court.</p> <p>Mestrezat, JJ., dissents.</p>
