<p>Suit against railroad company — ■Under section 3376, Revised Statutes — To recover penalty for railroad's demand and receipt — ■ For greater sum for ticket than law allowed — Action must be brought in county — Where ticket was purchased — Section 5022, Revised Statutes.</p> <p>A suit against a railroad company to recover the penalty prescribed by section 3376, Revised Statutes, for demanding and receiving, in the sale of a ticket, a greater sum of money for the transportation of a passenger from the place of purchase to another point on the company’s road than the sum allowed by law, should, by force of section 5022, Revised Statutes, be brought in the county where the purchase of the ticket was had. The court of common pleas of the. county of the purchaser’s destination has no jurisdiction over such action.</p>
