<p>Street railway — Bridge owned by canal company — Consent of canal company essential.</p> <p>A canal company holding title to its property in fee is such an owner of land as to mate its consent necessary before a street railway company may cross the canal upon a bridge, carrying a public highway, used by general public, across said canal.</p> <p>Jurisdiction, equity — Injunction—Erection of street railway.</p> <p>Equity will intei’pose to protect a landowner if he comes in proper time by enjoining the construction of a street railway across his land.</p>
