<p>Where a person about to board a railroad train at night, was warned of its approach to the station, could have heard it and could have seen its head-light for a long distance, but walked to the edge of the platform and was struck by the locomotive, he is chargeable with contributory negligence, whether intoxicated or not, and no recovery may be had for the injury received.</p>
