Syllabus

<p>PROHIBITION — Right to Remedy — Existence of Other Remedy. Where petitioner has a plain, speedy, and adequate remedy at law by appeal to the district court from the refusal of a justice of the peace to discharge an attachment for failure to require an attachment bond, a petition for the extraordinary writ of prohibition to prohibit such court from proceeding further in such case will be denied .</p> <p>(Syllabus by the -Court.)</p>
