<p>Appeal — Preservation op Grounds — Exceptions. One general exception to all findings of fact made or refused is insufficient to secure a review of the evidence; and.in such, ease the statement will he struck out when no error is assigned on the exclusion of evidence, and the judgment affirmed if supported by the findings.</p>
