<p>Fallon y. Butler, (ante, 24) as to the jurisdiction of the District • Court to entertain an action for the foreclosure of mortgages upon the estates of deceased persons, affirmed.</p> <p>In an action in the District Court against an administrator to foreclose a mortgage, executed by the intestate upon lands belonging to the estate, no judgment can be entered up for any deficiency which may remain after the application of the proceeds of the sale to the mortgage debt.</p>
