<p>Mandamus. Selection of municipal depository by mayor and aldermen not subject to review by mandamus.</p> <p>Under chapters 253. and 257, Laws of 1914 (sections 4251 — 55, 4235, et seq., Hemingway’s Code), the mayor and board of aldermen in the selection of a municipal depository are vested with discretionary powers, which powers are not subject- to judicial review in a mandamus proceeding.</p>
