Syllabus
<p>1. Deeds — evidence.—If in a deed there be any material defect in the description of the land conveyed, parol evidence is admissible in aid of the deed.</p> <p>2. Same — latent ambiguities. — Latent ambiguities are raised by proof of extrinsic facts, and by the same kind of proof may be explained, and the law will not stop in its endeavor to remove uncertainty in written instruments until they appear incurably uncertain.</p> <p>3. Same — case at bar. — Parol evidence of the county and state in which land mentioned in deed is situate, is admissible where the deed is silent as to county and state.</p>
