Syllabus

<p>Evidence—Admission of Counsel.—In an Action for Damages for Personal Injuries, defendant’s counsel on the trial admitted that “the allegations in the complaint in respect to the amount of damages sustained by plaintiff were not denied by the answer,” upon which admission the court sustained an objection to questions in relation to the amount of such damages. As a matter of fact the answer did put in issue such allegations, and the questions were therefore proper and admissible.</p>
