<p>In view of the notice actually given of the meetings of the freeholder.» appointed to estimate the proportionate cost of a sewer in Portland! Oregon, and to assess the proportionate share of the cost thereof upon the several owners of property benefited thereby, and in view of the construction placed upon the ordinance by the City Council, and in view of the approval of the proceedings by the Supreme Court of the State as being in conformity with the laws thereof, Held, that, notwithstanding the doubt arising from the lack of express provision for notice, the requirements of the Constitution as to due process of law had not been violated.</p>
