Syllabus
<p>In an action by the driver of a dray against a street railway company, to recover damages for personal injuries, the testimony of the plaintiff showing no negligence on the part of the company’s employees, but merely a miscalculation of distance on the part of both the plaintiff and the driver of the car, it was not error to enter, a judgment of nonsuit.</p>
