Syllabus

<p>Practice, G. P. — Nonresident party attending the taking of depositions— Drivilegedfrom, service of process.</p> <p>Where a nonresident who is a plaintiff in a suit in his own state agrees ’■hat the defendants shall take depositions in Pennsylvania, the plaintiff in attending the taking of the depositions is privileged from service of process in a suit instituted in Pennsylvania against him by the defendants.</p>
