Syllabus

<p>Judgment — Opening judgment — Findings of fact — Review.</p> <p>On an appeal from an order discharging a rule to open a judgment the Supreme Court will not review a finding of fact based upon sufficient evidence that the defendant had not made two payments of a like amount on account of the judgment as claimed by him.</p>
