Acceptaing worthless check.</p> <p>Where a hank received a draft for collection and took in payment a defectively signed, check on another hank which failed before the defect was corrected, it cannot recover from the drawer of the draft, although the negligent signer of the check was the drawer's agent for the collection of rents and was making a final accounting of the same.</p>
