<p>REMOVAL OF COUNTY SEAT — FRAUDULENT ELECTION — JURISDICTION OF COURT — RIG-HT OF ACTION — INTEREST OF PRIVATE CITIZEN.</p> <p>The superior court has no jurisdiction of the subject matter of an action which seeks to enjoin the removal of a county seat on the ground of fraud committed in the election therefor. ( Stiles and Hoyt, JJ., dissent.)</p> <p>A private citizen, although a taxpayer, has no such property interest in the location of a county seat as will give him a right of action to contest its removal.
